Sammy runs business operations by supervising all humans and ball activities. You can often find her working remote at her office spaces at Grant and Wilshire Parks.

Blueberry is the Head of Security/doorman. He approaches his job with a verbose philosophy, informing everyone that he sees them. When not throwing pillows off of beds and couches, he will often be found asleep on the job at company headquarters.

Co-owners Angela and Ted are living the cream! Their paths toward ice cream ownership was a bit unconventional, but they embrace the opportunity to share their passion for ice cream with you.

After most recently living in Seattle for 10 years, they returned to Portland, where Angela grew up. Like many, they took the difficult circumstances of the pandemic to reflect on what was important to them: community, joy, and understanding others. Beaux Berry provided them with the perfect opportunity to focus on these ideals and apply their life experiences to make it happen. Angela's professional focus has been in operations and management consulting, while Ted spent his first professional life in teaching and administration in schools, shifting to combine education and cooking in his second professional life.

Through Beaux Berry they serve the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood, Portland, and beyond, with New Zealand style and traditional hard scoop ice cream. Their menu reflects their backgrounds and travel experiences, adding Asian-inspired nostalgic flavors from their childhood and their favorite flavors from around the world where they have experienced the local cultures.

They're a proud small business and aim to provide a place for people to come together, feel community, experience the joy of artisanal ice cream, and experience a wide array of flavors and food cultures.
